My first encounter with Cariño was when I was searching frantically for a place to study and time was running out.
From the very first conversation I had with Cariño I felt an instant connection and automatically knew it was the place for me.
I would not have made it through Level 3 and 4 without the empathy, guidance and trust of my tutors. Being a full time teacher and having to manage my time alongside an intensive course was tough. The pressure was huge but my tutors took away that pressure by just being supportive emotionally, mentally and physically.
I had many doubts thinking I would not make it through Level 4, but Cariño simply held me together and said you are good enough and what you do is good enough. Words I still keep saying to myself today.
Cariño teaches the course in a person centred way which strengthened how I counsel. The openness and honesty of my tutors were essential to my learning resulting in me successfully achieving my Level 4.
